It is here, where you can feel the heartbeat of one of the most beautiful cities in the world. All apartments are situated on 2nd and 3rd floor in historical building from 16. century, next to the oldest part of Jagiellonian University - Collegium Maius (14th century) and around 40 meters from the biggest Main Square in this part of Europe.
Neighbourhood:
Breakfast included in the price, free - wireless internet access. Bicycle rent on the other side of the street. In the distance of no more than 100 m you will find: music clubs, pubs, restaurants, concert hall, opera and famous theaters. These and much, much more you will find close to NordicHouse!
Rooms
NordicHouse has six comfortable guest apartments ranging in size from 27m2 to 36m2. Each room has large double bed (approx. 1.60 m wide), armchairs, a desk and chair, wardrobe and cupboard. All rooms are en suite and free satellite TV and access to a permanent Internet connection.
In addition to single and double rooms, we also offer a studio - consisting of two separate rooms, each of which is a large bed, a stoic chairs, desk and chair, wardrobe and cupboard and two bedside tables. In the main room there is internet access, satellite TV and radio. The bathroom is shared for the entire studio.

To confirm the reservation we kindly ask you to do one of the following:
- Make a bank transfer (detail attached below) for the amount covering the first night.
- Provide us with credit card details (number, expiry date and CVV) in order to preauthorize it to check its validity.

- The reception is open daily from 8 am to 4 pm. in the period of Monday – Friday. After 4 pm you can get the keys in the Sushi 77 restaurant in the same building (entrance from the street). On Suterdays and Sundays the reception is open from 9 am to 12 am. The keys are in the Sushi77 restaurant. After these hours, you can contact us on +48 601 33 68 80.
- Check-in time is anytime daily from 2 to 11 pm, check-out time is 8 to 12 am.
- Bed linen in the rooms are changed every 5 days, towels every 3 days.
- A guarded parking 24/7 is available 200m from the NHApartments for an additional cost of 45 PLN/day (reservation not required).
- High Speed Wi-Fi is available in every room and complimentary with your reservation.
- Children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. There is a possibility for extra beds/cots in the room.
- Pets are not allowed.
- NHApartments has only non-smoking rooms. It is not allowed to smoke in the building.
In our office you can buy tickets for the arranged tours to Wieliczka Saltmine (app. 3,5 hours - 145 pln. pr. person - all included) and concentration and extermination camp Auschwitz-Birkenau (app. 7 hours - 145 pln. pr. person - all inkluded)
We can order the cheapest taxi from NordicHouse to Krakows airport - Balice. It takes app. 20 minutes and costs app. 40 pln.
Cancellation policy:
Direct reservations are covered under our general terms and conditions and can be cancelled up to 3 days before the date of arrival with no penalty.
Any cancellation that is processed 3 days or less of the scheduled date of check-in will have a cancellation fee equal to one-night accommodation according to the original price quoted in the reservation.
